Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified in case of significant delays.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. These are calculated based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the weight and size of the items purchased.

Delivery locations

We deliver to most countries in Europe and Switzerland. However, certain restrictions may apply based on your location. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times might be shown during checkout. These times are only estimates as we process all orders manually. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Order tracking

At this time, we do not provide order tracking. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please get in touch.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@lollitune.ch. Include photos and details of the damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
